Vegan Protein Pancakes

I LOVE PANCAKES. Seriously my favorite meal ever! That seems to be a staple in my household on Sunday mornings. It’s my rest day and I get lots of carbs! So, why not make some delicious pancakes, loaded with protein? Kid-approved, too! I always make homemade pancakes, that way I can load it with the nutrients I want. I ALWAYS use an oat base, grinding old-fashioned or rolled oats, to create my “flour” mixture. Today, I used True Nutrition Snickerdoodle flavored oats. It’s loaded with protein and flavor, and it’s VEGAN! Today’s recipe: 70g ground oats 1 banana 1/2 cup unsweetened unflavored almond milk **blueberries optional Super easy! Mix, cook & enjoy! 64c/18p/5f 368 calories
