Offering hourly rates for single sessions, which may include an additional "gym fee" if specific facility has an outside trainer rate. Includes basic nutritional guidance when purchasing multiple sessions. Also offering training packages, which must be paid in full, to receive special hourly-pricing. This option is solely for one-on-one gym-based personal training, and must be for a local gym. (Not all gyms qualify for this option.)

Offering hourly rates for group sessions, which may include an additional "gym fee" if specific facility has an outside trainer rate. Also offering group training packages, for 2+ clients (minimum, no more than 5) committing to 4+ sessions. This option is solely for in-gym group training, and must be at a local gym. (Not all gyms qualify for this option.) Available for strength training, HIIT, circuit training, boot camp and partner-style workouts!

Offering detailed nutritional guidance programs, customized towards individuals goals, preferences and physique. Also includes my recipe guide with a variety of sample nutritional plans for carb-cycling needs. *I'm not a registered dietician, please consult physician for health details prior to requesting programming.
