Hi fellow fitness-enthusiast! (Or maybe not so much, so hello fellow mom-friend!) My name is Melissa, and I'm the owner & founder of MOMster Fitness. Thanks for dropping by!
 

Us mamas don't have time for much, so let's get straight to the point:

NAME: Melissa Goldberg-Morreale
KIDS: "3" (ages 3, almost 5 & 30 -an overgrown man-child whom I love dearly)
PETS: FIVE freaking
dogs. Ya girl stays busy.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Arts in Communication
CERTIFICATIONS: Personal Trainer, PiYo Live Instructor, Group Fitness, Sports Nutrition Specialist (ISSA)
TITLES: NGA Bikini Pro & I like to call myself a Fitness Influencer!

LOVES: Dogs (dog foster-mama!), the bar(bell), long walks through Target, Skinny vanilla lattes with almond milk, vino, girls nights & my family, of course!
SPECIALTIES: Athletic conditioning, bodybuilding, weight-loss, lifestyle transformations, nutritional guidance, strength & endurance training, and of course Fitness for MOMS!
PASSION: Weight training and educating others on the IMPORTANCE of weight training for women! This incudes being a leader to our youth, teaching proper nutrition & exercise! Also, my love for animals and spreading the love as a vegan athlete.
WHY: Because I felt like a lazy blob postpartum, and turned that into a passion for helping other mamas. My kids deserve the best mama possible, and they get the BEST of me when I'm at my BEST, healthiest, most energetic self.
HOW: Weight training, well-balanced nutrition (inclusive of wine), minimal cardio and a few pretzels along the way.
WHEN: My health journey began in January 2015, 3 months postpartum.
NOTE: You don't need a fancy gym or a lot of money, all you need is drive, discipline and dedication and YOU CAN be the best version of yourself. Your babes deserve it!
